The following services will be provided free of charge to all holders of a valid license for the ITIL® Process Map or the ITIL® - ISO 20000 Bridge, YaSM with a valid Care Service contract:
- One additional day (8 person-hours) of technical support during the contractual term of one year. Support shall be provided remotely over the internet and by telephone.
- Free updates to the current product version (subject to availability). Discount of 25% on new product versions (subject to availability).
- Training session delivered over the internet, introducing the product components. Typical duration: 1.5 hours.
- Up to 4 person-hours of ITIL support, allowing clients to ask questions about ITIL in general.
